Serenity Mountain Club is a private booking-credit membership that gives members priority access to Serenity before dates are released to Airbnb and VRBO. Your annual Stay Credits can be used toward available stays throughout your membership year. Higher-demand dates use more credits; lower-demand dates use fewer.
Members get first access. The public gets what remains.
This is a booking-credit membership. It is not ownership, fractional ownership, or a timeshare, and it does not promise a set number of nights. Credits are booking access and value. Every stay depends on open dates and your plan's booking window.

Monthly plans are a 12-month commitment, not month-to-month. Cleaning ($165 per stay) and taxes are paid separately for each stay.
How Stay Credits work
Credits follow the nightly price
Each night uses credits based on Serenity's live nightly price — the same price the public sees that day. A credit is not worth a fixed dollar amount or a fixed number of nights. Stretch your credits across quieter dates, or use more for peak dates. It's your choice.

Booking priority
Who can book how far ahead
Your membership year
When credits expire, and rollover
- Your year starts on the day you join (or renew), not January 1.
- Unused credits expire at the end of your membership year.
- If you keep renewing, you can roll over up to 25% of your plan's yearly credits — Flex 2.5, Club 4, Premier 7.5.
- Rolled-over credits last one more year only. They can't roll over again. We use them first when you book.
- If your membership ends or lapses, all unused and rolled-over credits expire.
Founding period
Honest about how booking works today
During the Founding Membership period, Serenity will keep taking public reservations on this website, and near-term reservations on Airbnb and Vrbo (open up to 90 days ahead). Members get priority access based on their plan. Members do not get exclusive use of the property.

Mountain Club FAQ
Is this a timeshare or ownership?
No. You're buying booking credits for lodging stays. You don't own any part of the property.
How many nights do I get?
There's no set number. It depends on which dates you pick. Quieter nights use fewer credits, busy nights use more.
What else do I pay per stay?
A $165 cleaning fee plus 8% tax on cleaning, paid with a card when you book. Stay Credits cover the nights only.
How many stays can I have booked at once?
Flex: 1. Club: 2. Premier: 2. When a stay ends, you can book the next one.
Can I pay monthly and cancel any time?
Monthly plans are a 12-month commitment. Annual plans are paid once for the year.
Are my dates guaranteed?
Dates are first come, first served within your booking window. Once your stay is booked, it's yours.
Are pets allowed?
No. Serenity is strictly pet-free for everyone.
